Monem Mobile offers a streamlined approach to payment processing directly from your smartphone, enabling users to accept card payments securely and conveniently, whether with or without a card reader. This application facilitates ease of use through an intuitive interface and is readily available for download.

By activating the free SERVICE PLUS mode via the app, users can also record transactions made by check and cash, adhering to the regulatory requirements for certified cash register software mandated since January 1, 2018. Furthermore, users have the ability to create and manage a product catalog.

Monem Mobile is designed not only for professionals but also serves farmers, associations, and businesses. Key advantages include:

 <li>A user-friendly application</li>
 <li>Secure transactions</li>
 <li>Funds credited to your bank account by the next day</li>
 <li>A guarantee of payment, contingent upon compliance with the security measures outlined in your acceptance agreement with LCL</li>

Users can monitor their commercial activities via their mobile phones or dedicated web portal, gaining access to transaction logs, tax archives, and sales statistics. Additionally, staff identifiers can be assigned, activity tracking can be delegated to a manager, and detailed reports can be generated for each user to foster team engagement.

Please note that utilizing the payment acceptance feature without a reader necessitates that your smartphone meets specific security standards. Requirements include:
<ul>
 <li>An Android operating system version 10 or higher</li>
 <li>An unmodified device—meaning no unlocked restrictions imposed by the OS publisher or manufacturer</li>
 <li>NFC technology for contactless payments</li>
 <li>A recent Android security update, less than seven months old</li>
</ul>

Eligibility criteria may evolve over time to ensure ongoing transaction security. It is the user's responsibility to keep their smartphone compliant with Monem Mobile's security standards.

(2) Monem Mobile is a payment solution subject to general terms and conditions that require prior signing of an account agreement, a proximity payment acceptance contract with LCL, and a service provision contract with AVEM.
